B MAJOR MUSIC was founded by experienced music industry creative executive, Molly Kaye. Molly spent the formative years of her career working for various publishing companies in Paris (Les Editions Marouani), New York and Los Angeles, (Rondor Music Publishing, BMG Music Publishing and DreamWorks Music Publishing), nurturing and guiding the careers of songwriters and producers.  She also spent five years in A&R, working for Warner Bros., Columbia and Mercury Records, making records with Josh Groban, Idina Menzel and many others.  She has experience in every creative facet in the music business from songwriter/producer development to exploitation in TV.
